MAPP Trap Merges With Syncware to Expand Brand Protection and Wholesale Automation


Evergreen, CO – January 1, 2026 – MAPP Trap, an eCommerce compliance and brand protection platform, today announced its merger with Syncware, a wholesale automation leader supporting multi-channel consumer product brands.
 

The merger brings together MAPP Trap’s SaaS solutions for MAP monitoring, unauthorized seller enforcement, and brand integrity with Syncware’s wholesale order automation and integration engine.
 

Syncware was founded in 2006 to streamline order flow in the wholesale ecosystem. The company entered a new phase of growth in 2022 when Gregg Greenberg became CEO. A long-time Syncware customer through his role as Co-CEO of Sok-it, Greenberg recognized the platform’s potential to serve as a core operating layer for brands managing increasingly complex wholesale and retail channels.
 

Under his leadership, Syncware processed more than 4 million orders and $1.7 billion in gross merchandise value in 2025.
